Important Notes

  • The CET marks serve as a baseline for multiple recruitments across years, and candidates can retake the CET to improve scores.
  • The validity of an applicant’s CET marks resets with an improvement attempt.

According to the HSSC CET 2025 Policy, the number of candidates who can appear for the Group C mains exam (skill/written examination) is determined as follows:

  • Maximum Number of Candidates for Group C Mains Exam:
Up to ten times the total number of advertised posts.
  • Tie-Breaker in CET Marks:
If multiple candidates achieve the same cutoff CET marks, all such candidates will be allowed to appear in the mains exam, even if it exceeds the maximum limit (10 times the posts).
