In Haryana, the Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare Department provides financial assistance of ₹80,000/- under the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana to BPL families belonging to Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, and all other castes. Earlier, only SC and BC beneficiaries were given assistance of ₹50,000/-, but the scheme has now been revised. As per the updated provisions, the scheme is currently available to all BPL families.

Eligibility For Haryana Makan Marmat Yojana 2025
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- The applicant should belong to SC / De-notified Caste / Tapriwas Caste or be a BPL applicant from any category.
- The applicant’s name must be included in the BPL list.
- The house proposed for repair must be in the applicant’s name and should be at least 10 years old.
- The applicant should not have received any housing repair or construction grant from any Haryana department in the last 10 years. Aadhaar Card is mandatory.
