- Families with an annual income of less than ₹1 lakh will be included.
- It is estimated that around 19–20 lakh women will benefit in the first phase.

Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Eligibility Conditions
- Permanent Resident of Haryana: The applicant woman must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- Marital Status: The scheme is applicable to both married and unmarried women.
- Income Limit: Women belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category or those with a family income of up to ₹1 lakh are eligible.
