Haryana CET Pass Berojgari Bhatta Yojana 2026 The Haryana Government has announced a major relief for unemployed youth who have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) but have not yet secured a government job. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that around 5.40 lakh CET-qualified unemployed candidates will receive financial assistance under the Saksham Yuva Yojana from 1 November 2026. Along with the honorarium, beneficiaries will also be provided 100 hours of work every month for up to two years.

Eligible candidates who remain unemployed after qualifying CET will be covered under this scheme in a phased manner.
