HKRN Selection Process 2024: Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) has changed the policy for recruitment of raw employees, in which changes have been made in the recruitment and selection process. This revised policy has been approved by the Honorable Chief Minister and has been implemented. According to the latest revised policy, now marks will be given for additional educational qualifications and experience of work done for the state government. This will help qualified and experienced candidates to get recruited for temporary posts.
According to the new rules, 50 marks given under the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana will no longer be given. Earlier, there was a system of 150 marks for the recruitment of raw employees, in which 50 marks were given under the Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana. Now, the marks available under this scheme have been removed and now the total marks have been reduced to 100.
In the new policy for the recruitment of raw employees under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN), the maximum age limit has been relaxed by 5 years. Now, employees can remain in service till the maximum age of 58 years. Moreover, only 5 marks will now be given for additional skill qualification, which was earlier 20 marks.

The age limit for raw jobs in HKRN has been changed. Now the minimum age limit has been made 18 years and the maximum age limit has been made 42 years. Apart from this, a maximum relaxation of 5 years will be given based on experience. To avail of relaxation in the age limit based on experience, the candidate must have a degree or diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institute. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Based on experience, relaxation in age limit will be given only up to a maximum of 5 years. If a candidate has

New policy of holidays under Haryana Skill Employment Corporation
Raw employees appointed under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) will now get one Casual Leave (CL) and one Medical Leave in a month on a proportionate basis in a year. However, a maximum of 10 casual leaves and a maximum of 10 medical leaves can be taken in a year. Female employees will also get the benefit of maternity leave.
- Casual Leave Casual leave is not treated as absence and is granted with pay. Employees will get one casual leave in a month on a proportionate basis in a year. However, a maximum of 10 casual leaves can be taken in a year.
- Medical Leave Medical leave is granted in case of illness or any other emergency. Employees will get one medical leave in a month on a proportionate basis in a year. However, a maximum of 10 medical leaves can be taken in a year.
- Maternity Leave: Female employees will get 180 days maternity leave after delivery. They will be paid a salary during this period.

This clause stated that “If there is more than one eligible candidate for a post, the experienced candidate from that district will be given preference. If no eligible candidate is available in that district, the experienced candidate from another district will be given preference.” “Preference will be given. - Under the new policy, clause 8.2 has been removed. This means that now all the candidates will get equal opportunity based on merit for a post.

Thus, recruitment will be done based on a total of 100 marks. Earlier, according to the Skill Employment Corporation policy, the selection was done based on 100 marks, which has now been reduced to 100 marks. On a socio-economic basis, 10 marks will be given as follows: In the case of orphans, 10 marks will be given but this will be given to candidates up to 25 years of age. If you are a widow you will get five points and if you are fatherless you will get five points.
