How To Apply Offline Form For Army Sports Quota Recruitment 2025
- Verify your eligibility according to the Army Sports Quota Notification 2025.
- Download and Print the Application Form
- Get the application form from the last pages of the notification or from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- Print it on A4 size paper only.
- Fill the Application Form
- Complete the form in BLOCK CAPITAL letters.
- Paste a recent color photograph (do not staple).
- Include your left thumb impression, signature, and parent’s signature.
- Attach Required Documents (Self-Attested)
- Include photocopies of the following:
- 10th class certificate (proof of DOB)
- Aadhar Card
- Sports achievement certificates (from 01 April 2023 onwards)
- Domicile certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Education certificates (Matric onward)
- Character certificate
- School character certificate
- Unmarried certificate (issued within last 6 months)
- 20 recent passport-size photos (white background, not digitally altered)
- Discharge/NOC certificate (if ex-serviceman or currently employed in Govt)
