PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana 2025 Eligibility Detail
- 1. For Employees (Part A – First Timers)
- Must be a First-Time Employee (not a member of EPFO/Exempted Trust before 01.08.2025).
- Must join an establishment during the registration period 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2027.
- Gross wages at joining must be less than ₹1,00,000 per month.
- Aadhaar-based Face Authentication (UMANG App) required for UAN generation.
- Must remain employed with the same establishment for at least 6 continuous months.
- Eligible for incentive up to ₹15,000 (in two instalments).
2. For Employers (Part B – Support to Establishments)
- Establishment must be registered under EPF & MP Act, 1952 (EPFO or Exempted Trust).
- Must file Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR) regularly with contributions.
- Must generate net additional employment over and above baseline:
- At least 2 additional employees if baseline < 50.
- At least 5 additional employees if baseline ≥ 50.
- Incentive given for employees (First Timers or Re-joinees) with wages up to ₹1,00,000/month.
- Incentives to employers will continue for 2 years (4 years for manufacturing sector).
3. General Conditions

- 🔹 For Employees (First Timers – Part A)
- Get Employment in an EPFO-registered Establishment during the scheme period (01.08.2025 – 31.07.2027).
- Generate UAN (Universal Account Number) through EPFO → must be Aadhaar authenticated with Face Authentication on UMANG App.
- Employer files ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return) including your details and contribution.
- Work continuously for 6 months → then become eligible for the 1st instalment of incentive.
