This year, SSC has updated the exam pattern for the online Computer-based examination in the SSC GD constable recruitment. General Intelligence and Reasoning: This section tests your analytical skills and ability to spot patterns without using words. It may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, visual memory, spatial visualization, orientation, discrimination, relationships, reasoning involving numbers, series, coding, decoding, and more.
General Knowledge and General Awareness: This part of the test aims to check how much you know about the world around you. It includes questions about current events, everyday observations, and basic scientific knowledge. You’ll also face questions about India and its neighbouring countries, covering topics like sports, history, culture, geography, economics, politics, the Indian Constitution, scientific research, and more. The questions won’t need expertise in any particular field and are designed to test your general knowledge.
Elementary Mathematics: This section covers various math problems. It includes questions on number systems, working with whole numbers, decimals, fractions, basic arithmetic operations, percentages, ratios, averages, interest, profit and loss, discounts, measurements, time, distance, and different types of calculations involving time and work.
